Teresa Carroll has served the human capital industry in the roles of CEO, board member, and advisor, guiding some of the world’s largest brands in developing their talent strategies. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Three Data Points, Teresa guides C-level executives through today’s ever-evolving workforce and labor market challenges and opportunities, drawing from 30+ years of experience managing multi-billion dollar businesses.

A Forbes contributor and member of C200, Teresa is a sought-after speaker on workforce trends, employee engagement, and leadership. She has delivered keynotes and participated as a panelist at major industry conferences including CWS Summit North America, Collaboration in the Gig Economy, and Bullhorn Engage.  

Serving on numerous boards, Teresa provides strategic guidance to nonprofit, private equity, and public companies including Magnit, Bayada, and Zovio, along with the Conference Board Labor Market Institute Advisory Board. Her contributions to the industry have been broadly recognized, earning induction into the prestigious Staffing Industry Hall of Fame. Teresa has also placed on the Staffing 100 List for eight years and the Global Power 100 Top Women in Staffing List for four years.
